The brewer was a happy lady today when this late (or very early?) Chrsitmas present arrived! A new, fourth fermentor will allow us to make thrity percent more beer; a much needed addtiion to the brewery with all the new beers we have planned for 2016. Following the popularity of our monthly specials last year, all appear again in the 2016 programme but will be complimented by eight new beers including a Stout, a Porter and a Black IPA – watch out for the year of the dark malts!
